At MARIA TASH, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury jewelry purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original, tamper-evident packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry that has been worn or removed from its sealed bag cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original MARIA TASH box and ensure the tamper-evident seal is intact before securing it in a shipping carton.

  Label and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality and hygiene compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
